I can't believe that I have actually received an email from Mr. Bunn. This is quite an honor to me. The machine we are
dealing with is very old, maybe 50 years? I know this machine well as it was purchased 2nd hand by my present employer.
This machine was in a butcher shop where I took my apprenticeship 33 years ago. I remember it well, I believe this
machine should be a national monument. I understand that the mechanism was developed around 1890 and has never been
improved upon. We have undertaken fixing it ourselves, as we realize how nice it is to have a BUnn Tyer. Please help us.

We rec'd our new machine this morning. It arrived in perfect shape and is already in use. The quality and solid
construction is exactly what I remember from 25 years ago. We are indeed pleased!

I wanted to thank you for you and your company's efforts in getting us a tying machine on such short notice. When our
customer requested that we produce several truck loads of standing rib roasts for the holidays we initially started off
by hand tying the roasts. This was very time consuming and took a lot of labor to complete. Once we got your machine one
person was able to keep up and we used a lot less labor. The machine is very competitively priced and we were able to
payback the cost of the machine after just a few days due to reducing our labor costs. Once again thank you for your help
and I will continue to recommend your tyer to anyone that is in the market for one.
